5. Falooda – Falooda is a cold dessert traditionally made by mixing vermicelli, rose syrup, sweet basil seeds with milk and served with ice cream. It is super filling and makes a meal in itself. This amazing falooda is yet another Persian recipe and was introduced to India by Muslim merchants and dynasties who settled in India in the 16th or 17th century.

6. Vindaloo – Anyone who has visited Goa and not tasted Vindaloo has missed a major part of food in life. Goa is famous for its pork vindaloo, chicken vindaloo, lamb vindaloo, etc. Vindaloo is basically a dish of meat marinated in garlic and wine. This the mouthwatering dish was introduced by Portuguese and Indians altered it by adding potatoes in Vindaloo.
