Agra Fort
It is one of the most significant and vigorously built pieces of the Mughals, embellished with a number of luxuriantly decorated buildings encircling the imposing Mughal architecture. It was constructed by the third Mughal emperor Akbar. After Sikandar Lodi`s death in 1517, his son Ibrahim Lodi held the fort for 9 years until he was defeated and killed in the battle of Panipat in 1526. Fatehpur Sikri
Fatehpur Sikri was one of the first Mughal-planned cities. Mehtab Bagh
The Garden complex, situated on the opposite bank of the Taj Mahal, is The Moonlight Garden`. It is the last standing garden built by the Mughals. Recent excavations under archaeological survey revealed a huge octagonal tank furnished with 25 fountains and a small central tank. The site is also associated with the myth and stories of black Taj. The ground becomes partially flooded in the rainy season. However, it is the perfect spot to get the pristine view of taj mahal in the full moonlight, as the name suggests.

Ram Bagh
The Ram Bagh is said to have been constructed by Babur, the first Mughal emperor. The original name of the Bagh was Aram Bagh, which was later named Ram Bagh. The garden is divided into quarters by precise stone-paved pathways. On the north side of this garden, there is a row of ruined houses with a gateway built sturdily of red sandstone at each end. In the garden, three levels have been laid off; one for flowers, second for flower beds, with fine stone, paved terraces the third one has rigid structures.
